Processing & Delivery Times

Processing Time:
All custom orders are made to order and require up to 5 business days to process before shipping.

Shipping Time:
Delivery times vary based on your location and Australia Post’s delivery schedules:

Within Australia: approximately 2–8 business days after dispatch

International: approximately 6–21 business days after dispatch (varies by destination)

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may be subject to delays beyond our control, such as customs processing or Australia Post delays.

Shipping Rates

We offer a simple, flat rate shipping fee of AUD $15 on all orders — both domestic and international.

Shipping & Order Tracking

All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link through Shopify so you can follow your shipment.

International Shipping & Customs

We ship worldwide.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in the order total or shipping fee and are payable by the recipient.
